The clothing on this website i think is simply stunning. I really like the rough distressed look. the combination of knitwear and use of other fabrics creates the festival look well.

the clothing looks so natural and earthy, a look which i would like to recreate.

tops by tentaclehead

These are an example of tops that I customise and sell on Ebay. I start with plain stretch material T-shirts and cut them into pixie style tops. The look is the 'distressed' look. I use have achieved the same look using the laser cutter as well as selective cutting away at the fabric. So far I have sold about 100 on Ebay. I would like to take it further by e4engraving designs using the laser cutter or printing.

this website is my friends portfolio of stunning pixie skirts, based in Brighton but he also sells in Camden Market London and Anjuna market in Inida (Goa). Jamie started his empire by applying for the Princes Trust Grant last year and since being awarded this has become very successful.

i really like the style of his work, he designs festival couture and every design is different.

A real inspiration to me as this is the kind of clothing that i love to design and make myself.

engineers of desire

These are corsets made by the company i used to work for 'engineers of desire' (www.engineersofdesire.com). the work has improved so much over the past few years. i really like the handmade detail of the panels laced together with rubber thong. i also like the metal detail on the front. i learned many skills when working for this company, it has inspired me to follow in footsteps of my boss and take the steps i need to, to own my own company.

they mainly work with leather and rubber, catering for the fetish and goth market. on average a corset will sell from £200 - £400.
